Part of the Southwest Coastal Rowing League (SWCRL) events, Mayflower Offshore rowing club's new brilliant 8 buoy turn, 4k Breakwater Bash course around Drakes Island in Plymouth Sound.
Short edit of this fantastic course with 12 singles competing in the mens event, taking most of us a little over 30 minutes (actually it was nearer 5000m) and won by Will Loftus of Exmouth RC in 29m08s.
Other classes include mens, women's, mixed and master's coxed quads, doubles, singles and fixed seat boats.
The SWCRL is raced over 4k & 6k courses at Plymouth, Teignmouth, Exmouth and Torquay.
