Notorious Israeli settler cuts fence to steal Palestinian land under army protection

Notorious Israeli settler Shimon Attiya was filmed on Monday cutting through a fence under the protection of Israeli soldiers to expand his illegal settlement further into the Palestinian village of Umm al-Khair in the occupied West Bank.

In the footage, a wounded Palestinian can be seen laying on the floor after he was attacked by Israeli settlers. According to reports in Israeli media, no arrests were made despite the attacks by settlers.

Attiya has been filmed on multiple occasions trespassing on Palestinian land, often accompanied by other settlers and sometimes armed with an assault rifle.
