In this Video we will learn how to make incredibly easy and tasty Qeema Aalu aur Beans ki Sabzi Recipe. This is a side dish that can be eaten with roti, dosa, khichdi, ghee rice, etc.
So, lets get started!!
Ingredients used:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek leaves - 1 bunch
Onion - 2 Nos. (Medium Sized)
Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Mutton Mince - 250g
Potato - 4 Nos. (Medium Sized)
Tomato - 2 Nos. (Medium Sized)
Beans - 500gram
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 bunch.
Procedure :
In a cooker add oil, heat it, then to this add fenugreek leaves, fry for two to three minutes on high flame, then to this add chopped onions, fry until the onions turn light golden, then to this add ginger and garlic paste, fry for two minutes, then to this add mutton mince, fry for two to three minutes, then to this add chopped potatoes, tomato, beans, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt as per taste, coriander leaves, mix everything well and fry for three to four minutes, then close the lid of the cooker and cook for two whistles. Open the lid of the cooker only after the pressure of the cooker is gone. (Tip : if you want semi gravy you can add half a glass of water, i have not added any water as the vegetables leave their water while cooking )
