October 7 Memorial: Voices of Pain, Faith, and Hope.

In a moving community memorial for October 7, members of the OCT7 Monday Meeting came together to honor the victims of the Black Sabbath. Thank you Rabbi Cooper from the Simon Wiesenthal Center, Dyan Bitan, Steven Silverman from CAA UK, Ariel Averbuch from The Sword of Gideon, and Miri Halpern, Trauma & Resilience Expert, for your contribution to the October 7 memorial.

Rabbi Abraham Cooper offered prayers for the fallen and reflected on the sacred weight of words in times of grief.
Dyan Bitan, a healer and devoted friend of Israel, shared her love for the Jewish people and the heartbreak of confronting hatred and ignorance.
Ariel Averbuch spoke of his friend, Tzachi Idan - the terror of watching Hamas’ live broadcast, the hope that turned to sorrow, and the unbearable loss of innocent lives.
Steve Silverman addressed the rising tide of antisemitism across the UK, the chants of terror echoing through city streets, and called for vigilance, courage, and unity in the fight against hate.
Dr. Miri Halpern read a deeply personal message that moved everyone to tears.
This memorial stands as a call for unity, remembrance, and strength: a reminder that love and truth must outshine the darkness.
