Totally freaked me out; I've seen many videos of these worm-like things in swabs and masks but seeing them myself is something else. Please excuse the quality, I am experimenting with a new toy. I steamed the swab and that is what you see for the first 2 minutes 27 sec, didn't see anything other than a clean white swab; then I immersed it for a second in boiling water. The things appear after that. Quality is crap, I don't have a decent stand for the microscope and I was somewhat shaking.
