This abandoned Gold mine is located just north east of Sudbury Ontario on the shores of Lake Wanapitei. Lake Wanapitei is an impact crater lake and there are many Mindat and MLAS sites located around the lake. What makes this area truly unique, is that this impact crater is located on top of the much larger Sudbury Impact Crater.
