I love Doha, Qatar Airport(HIA),

Hi everyone, this is lily. I booked a Qatar Airlines flight from the US to the Philippines with a layover in Doha, Qatar. When I traveled before, my layovers were usually in Tokyo Japan or Seoul Korea. However, this time it would be in Doha. I’m looking forward to it because I’ve heard that Doha’s Hamad International Airport is beautiful and one of the best airports in the world.

I’m grateful that my flight was smooth, with perfect weather. In this video, I will share my amazing experience in Doha. I enjoyed it a lot.

In the airport, most of the shopping and restaurants are open 24 hours a day. I bought some souvenirs at some of the stores.

When it comes to having a place to sleep or rest, there are a few options. If you’re looking for a free option, there are lounge chairs, quiet rooms, reading rooms, and television rooms. They’re all first-come, first-serve spots, so keep an eye out for one to become available.

If you’re willing to pay for a better place to relax or sleep, there are several options such as Al Safwa, Al Mourjan, Oryx, and more. I didn’t book a reservation in advance, so when I inquired about vacancies, they were all sold out. I wish I had booked one in advance because it was a very long layover.

I was lucky enough to find a decent place to relax “for free” in one of the public lounges.

Also at Doha Airport, there are transit trains that you can use to get around to each terminal.

After sleeping for a while, I looked around for a good restaurant. I found one that I absolutely love, which is the highly recommended, Harrods Tea Room.

It was a great experience at The Doha Airport. It’s very modern and clean, and the people working at the Information desks were extremely friendly and helpful.
