Glitter Smokey Eye Drugstore Makeup Tutorial | The Beauty Vault

Oh heeeeey. Long time no see! I know I've been MIA, but it's ok! I'm here now! :) If you've been watching me awhile, you know that I absolutely love taking drugstore makeup products and creating really polished, dramatic looks, so what better way to return to YouTube after a month (shit, it's really been that long?) than with a dramatic prom drugstore makeup tutorial? I know you guys enjoy them, and I love filming them. This video literally took me 2 weeks to edit, 2 WEEKS! Can you believe that? My editing software kept crashing and I kept losing all of my footage. That said, I was still using my old laptop, so I'm hoping now that I have a new laptop, this will be the last of the technology Gods shitting on me.

This tutorial is based off of a photo that I posted on Instagram:   / nphhxwbras  . By the way, if you guys don't follow my social media platforms, but want to keep up with me, I highly recommend doing so. I asked you guys on my Facebook page when prom takes place in your city, and the average time seems to be May-June, so I hope those of you who have yet to attend prom can make use of this video. Even if you aren't attending prom, this look is suitable for a night out, or in my case, for a night of binge eating and Game of Thrones? If you don't have the exact products I've used in this video, don't worry about it, use whatever you have on hand that is similar. The key is to just follow the technique and make the look your own.
