Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh: my experience + tricks | change in 3 weeks

I can't believe I survived a 200 hour yoga teacher training course in India. I was so worried about so many things. India is wild - that made me nervous. Also, could my body really handle 200 hours of yoga in only 3 weeks?

And now that it's over, I couldn't believe how much I grew and changed. This was definitely one of my favorite travel experiences so far. I hope you enjoy the video :)
