From slurping up authentic Mi Quang noodles to savoring Cao Lau in Hoi An’s Ancient Town, we tried both street food and sit-down restaurants like Morning Glory, known for its fusion and traditional Vietnamese cuisine.We dove into Vietnam’s coffee culture, found the most aesthetic cafe in Da Nang. We stayed at La Senta Boutique Hotel in Hoi An — complete with an infinity pool and scenic rice field views. At night, we soaked up the magic of Hoi An lanterns, made a wish on a floating candle, and ended the night with cocktails and rooftop beers.
