香蒜奶油味噌義大利麵|簡單又濃郁的義大利麵料理!Creamy Miso Butter Pasta

食材
豬細絞肉-50g、洋蔥丁-50g、蒜末-3小瓣、牛奶-50ml、義大利直麵-80g、乳酪絲-5g
調味
無鹽奶油(室溫軟化)-20g、原味味噌-1湯匙、黑胡椒-¼茶匙
步驟
(1) 將室溫軟化的無鹽奶油與味噌拌勻備用。
(2) 中火煮一鍋熱水,放入1湯匙的鹽,再放入義大利麵煮熟,最佳烹調時間可參考外包裝。
(3) 中火熱鍋,倒入1湯匙的食用油,放入洋蔥丁拌炒至半透明色,再放入絞肉拌炒至上色後,放入蒜末拌炒至香氣呈現。
(4) 轉小火,放入奶油味噌醬拌勻,再倒入牛奶拌勻。
(5) 放入煮熟的義大利麵拌勻,放入煮麵熱水拌勻(約2湯匙),再放入黑胡椒及乳酪絲拌勻即可。

Ingredients
50g minced pork, 50g diced onion, 3 cloves minced garlic, 50ml milk, 80g spaghetti, 5g shredded cheese
Seasoning
20g unsalted butter(softened), 1 Tbsp miso, ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
(1) Mix well the butter with miso in a small bowl.
(2) Boiled a pot of water over medium heat, add in 1 Tbsp salt. Add in spaghetti and cook over medium heat until cooked.
(3) Heat the pan over medium heat, pour in 1 Tbsp cooking oil. Add in onion and stir fry until translucent. Add in minced pork and stir fry until cooked. Add in miced garlic and stir well.
(4) Turn to low heat, add in miso butter paste and stir well. Pour in milk and stir well.
(5) Add in cooked spaghetti and stir well. Pour in 2 Tbsp warm water and stir well, then add in black pepper and shredded cheese, stir well. Enjoy!
