The Inspirations behind Famous Fighting Game Characters

We Love our Fighting Game Characters around these parts, but its no stretch to say many of the most Legendary Fighting Game Characters of all time whose legacies span 30+ years... came from something else. Even though many are legends in their own right now many characters had a little help out the door in terms of inspiration in either moveset, look, or just general vibes. So I figure lets talk from games like Street Fighter, Fatal Fury, Tekken and more and see where lots of characters got their inspirations from!
