Hi everyone! Today we are doing a shoulder focused and abs workout. For this workout you will need a set of dumbbells and a mat. We are going to start with the shoulders and work with our dumbbells and do 4 different exercises 3 sets for each exercise. The timer will be on the entire time for this workout and we will first work for 40 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. The weight I’m using for shoulders will be a set of 10 lbs and a 20 lb dumbbell. Some exercises will use both dumbbells and the diagonal presses will require only 1 dumbbell. For the shoulders you want to make sure you have a slight bend in the knees and keep your core tight and engaged. Next we will drop the dumbbells and work on the abs on our mats.
