Meet Wakelee!

This Brooklyn band allowed me to ask them some questions after the show and they were all class. David answered all my questions in a very authentic manner, Alex was very thorough with his answers. Even before the show I was able to speak with Elliot, he's got a very great voice! This is why I recommend you guys listen to "rejoice" on "doghouse".

There's a lot of great music to be found in this world, and Wakelee is a great example of that.

While coming to this show, they were OPENERS! Oftentimes as concert goers we may not give them the proper time of day, but they essentially demanded it with how good their performance was. The chemistry was physically visible.

They didn't have to make a few minutes for a small journalist like me, and they did. That says a lot!

Anyways, ranting aside: most of the audio for these interviews was lost as I was kinda just enjoying talking and didn't think to record much of it (even when I did the show was still loud after). That's how human this interaction was. Next time their in town, along with some other bands I will have more interviews to come. (that actually are in depth lol)
