Suite "Vibration" - 組曲「振動」

There are many kinds of vibration in this universe, but the main vibration I wanted to express here is the vibration of an earthquake. How Earth shakes from deep down the ground makes me think that it is trying to tell us something. I feel like there is something we must realize. First piece, "Voice" expresses the voice of nature, the voice of the Earth, and the voice of the universe. Third piece, "Dragon", is inspired by the story in which the dragon is protecting the Earth from the earthquake. I wanted to express the beauty, strength, and the mystery of the dragon.
Thank you to my friends, Motoaki Moriya (violin) and Hina Ishikawa (flute) for playing this suite with me, and for helping me make my music come alive!
It is my first descent composition I've ever done, and I have to confess that although I've been thinking I have to study composing, I kept procrastinating and ended up composing these pieces without much specialized knowledge.
But I want to keep trying to compose new pieces, and hopefully, I'll get better as I go.

曲を作り自分のライブで演奏するという初めての挑戦をしました。
この宇宙には様々な振動がありますが、この曲で表現したかった振動は、地震の振動のことです。地の奥底から地球が揺れる様子が、地球が何かを訴えているように感じます。１曲目の「声」は、自然の声、地球の声、宇宙の声を表現しています。3曲目の「龍」は、龍が地球を地震から守っているという話に感銘を受け、龍の美しさ、強さ、そして神秘的な様子を描いています。
一緒に演奏してくれたバイオリンの守谷元瑛さんとフルートの石川雛さん、お二人のおかげで私のイメージを形にして発表することができました。ありがとう。
作曲を勉強しなきゃと思いつつなかなかできないまま、思いだけで作りました。今後も曲作りに挑戦していく中で、どんどんレベルアップできたらいいなと思っています。
