Facing the fear of skating flat bars and maybe landing my first half cab board slide—that’s the challenge for today.

If I can Half Cab and I can board slide, then I should be able to land a Half Cab board slide, right?
The answer is no... I have never been able to land one. I have never been able to commit to it. There's something about it that scares me.

When you see what people are doing on a skateboard these days, you might think, “Come on...that’s too easy.”

Let me remind you that only a very few people are naturally talented and will learn things super fast. On the other hand, the vast majority are regular people who need to practice a lot in order to see any progress.

So this video is for all the skaters out there who, like myself, love skateboarding but don't have a high skill level.
