Controller fails after trying to go into regeneration mode. Seems like the motor is shorting out, you can hear the motor turning on to reposition the valve to allow water in for a rapid rinse but you never hear the water run through the system like you usually would during a rapid rinse, then if you tap on the controller to go to the next step of the regeneration process the controller freezes up and won’t even allow you to factory reset. This is the third controller on this valve replaced at this time and they all did the same thing. We think it make be something else causing the controller to freeze up such as the switches, motors, or valve.
