In this entry: Snippets of everyday Tokyo life from the last two weeks of November, including some fun moments with R&B (our family visiting from Singapore). Together, we visited an otter café in Harajuku, explored vintage thrift shops in Koenji, and enjoyed good food along the way — from yakitori at a local izakaya to decadent teppanyaki at Hilton Tokyo, and creative tempura at a specialty shop. We ended the month celebrating Siem’s birthday with a luxurious porterhouse dinner at Benjamin’s Steakhouse in Roppongi.
