20 Minute EFFECTIVE Calorie Burning WORKOUT

One round of this will take you just under 7 minutes and I go through one round with you in the video. I inserted an option at the end of the round to CLICK and begin the round again so you don't miss a beat!
You will need dumbbells for this workout. I have one 20lb dumbbell and a set of 15lb dumbbells.
The set up with be 50/10 and 30/10 for 4 sets and that is ONE round. I have my timer set so you can follow along with me.
50 sec DB Thrusters (I used 15lb)
10 second REST
30 sec Skipping rope but any cardio is OK
10 second REST
50 sec Kneeling Front Raise (I used 20lb DB)
10 second REST
30 second Skipping
50 sec Push Up + Opposite hand/toe touch + Squat HOLD
10 second REST
30 second Skipping
50 sec 3x Bent Over Row (15lb DBs) + Squat Thrust
10 second REST
30 second Skipping
10 second REST
This is ONE round. Shoot for 3 rounds, if you want more of a challenge UP your weight OR Shoot for 4-5 rounds.
