TRIP REPORT | LOT [Economy Class] Embraer E195-E2 | WAW-OSL | LO483

Join me on this flight from Warsaw-Chopin to Oslo, on board the newest member of LOT Polish Airlines' fleet: the Embraer E195-E2.

Aside from the poor legroom (and the slight delay for that matter), the experience was not bad. The seats featured charging ports and adjustable headrests (as is also the case on their 737 MAXs), and like many other passengers, I do find the 2-2 configuration of the Embraer quite nice. The inflight service also positively surprised me, with complimentary beer and wine being served. After all, it wasn't very long ago that LOT charged for every beverage in Economy Class on short-haul flights, with the exception of coffee, tea and water, and I think a few European airlines could learn from them! As far as the cabin crew are concerned, they seemed friendly enough for the most part, and I appreciated the fact that they let me try out both of the complimentary buns (there was a savory one filled with a tomato paste of some kind and a sweet one filled with blueberries).
