Spearfishing Yellowtail in San Diego (Catch Clean Cook)

Originally we went out in search of tuna but ended up spearfishing yellowtail...Join us on a long day on the water hunting patties on the way to San Clemente Island. Bret from @spearfactor and Matt headed out bright and early in the morning from San Diego. We proceeded to burn lots of fuel without much luck finding our prized catch.

After feeling exhausted, I headed over to my cousin Kevin's place to eat the yellowtail. I prepared some yellowtail sashimi and we took the carcass and broiled it in the oven to try to eat the whole fish.
