Vegan Cheesecake Taste Test | Sweets From The Earth

I'm always down for supporting local vegan businesses so I had to try this wild blueberry vegan cheesecake from Sweets From The Earth (a local bakery in Toronto)!

SIDE NOTE: After we filmed the taste test, we had the cheesecake in the fridge for a couple days and I guess it dried out a bit and the texture improved A LOT for me. So once it's not soggy and it's ...dried out lol I'd bump it up to a 7.5/10. I followed the instructions on the box but still got a soggy cheesecake, so for that I'm disappointed, but like I said, it tasted pretty good and had a nice fluffiness, which I liked.
