D’Angelo Russell shot 9-of-17 from the field and 3-of-5 from the foul line in Monday’s win over Oklahoma City, scoring 26 points with six rebounds, three assists, four steals, one block, and five 3-pointers in 34 minutes.
Russell caught fire during the fourth quarter, knocking down three 3-pointers on consecutive possessions to put the game out of reach with a little over nine minutes remaining. A 20-point scorer in four of his last six games, D’Lo is ranked just outside the top 50 in 8- and 9-cat per-game value over the past three weeks. While it took some time for Russell to get going this season, he has considerably exceeded his Yahoo ADP (98) in 8- and 9-cat formats. The Lakers play three more home games during Week 19, beginning with the Kings on Wednesday.
