1 Pound of Pork Tenderloin made Bite-Size
****Marinade for Pork
2 T light soy sauce
1 t White Pepper
1 T Corn Starch
1 T Rice Wine
**** Batter:
1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Corn Starch
1/4 C Milk
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1 T Cooking Oil
2 Beaten Eggs
**** Sweet and Sour Sauce Mixture:
1/2 C Pineapple Juice
1/4 C Chinkiang Vinegar
2 T Oyster Sauce
3 T Ketchup
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1 T Corn Starch
**** For stir fry veggie
2 T cooking oil
1 T Ginger minced
1 T Garlic minced
**** For mix veggie:
1/2 Red Bell Pepper
1/2 Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Yellow Onion
1/ 2 can Pineapple wedge
White Parts Only: 4 Green Onions aka Spring Onions aka Scallions
