Really? THAT Is What's Behind Family Estrangement?

Family Estrangement is tough stuff. I beleive it's also made more difficult than it needs to be because of all the theories out there about what causes it. Too many estranged parents are caught off guard and don't really know what happened. Yet they're also largely unaware of the dysfunctional family dynamics that are often at play as well.

Estrangement is not a new “trend” and it doesn’t happen just because of one fight or a single reason. It's a complex and emotional situation that if left unresolved leads to the breakdown of the family unit. It's a devastating family dynamic that can leave everyone on both sides shattered and searching for answers.

In this video, I'm deunking the myths of estrangement and talking all about what REALLY causes estrangement (and it’s not what a lot of people think it is!)
