Six Months of Running | Achievable Fitness

My main fitness goal for 2020 has been to improve my mile time to under 8 minutes. For the past 6 months I've run a mile once a week in the hopes of brining down my time with also improving upon my stamina. As I am now about 6 months into this goal, I figured it would be good to do an assessment of where I'm at, both in how I'm handling this goal and what my official mile time is.
I know I still have a ways to go, but as a reach different milestones with this goal I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it. I hope that by sharing this journey, it helps motivate and inspire you to stick with your fitness goals as well.
