I'm Dr. Jeff Culbert and in today's video we will be giving a Mom of three active children who aggravated her low back while gardening over the past weekend a much needed chiropractic adjustment. While her adjustment is considered to be a full spine adjustment a large emphasis is placed on her lower back along with specific therapy of trigger point work to help reduce muscle spasm and improve circulation with in the muscle to encourage faster healing (Not Viewed on this video) .
