My favourite full body stretching routine is here now! I love this one because you can do it daily and it's very complete! It will help you relax your entire body, recover your muscles and increase full body flexibility!
Are you tired after working all day? feel like you have bad posture? want to get more flexible? Then this routine is for you! 30 minutes of your day is nothing compared to the benefits that you will be getting out of this routine! You will increase your flexibility and mobility if you do this stretch daily!

You can do this stretching routine right before going to bed, as soon as you wake up or even during a short break at work! This stretching routine is beginner friendly, you don't have to go as deep as I go in some exercises! Listen to your body and do your best!
Stretching your muscles is very important to have a wide range of motion during your workouts! It also helps blood circulation and releases tension in your muscles to help you relax and recover from intense workouts!
