FULL RECIPE (ENGLISH VERSION)
“Chicken rice in the friyng pan”
Ingredients:
800gr. Chicken;
20gr. Chorizo;
3un. Garlic Clove;
1un. Onion;
1un. Purple Onion;
100gr. Green Pepper;
120gr. Red Pepper;
10gr. Cherry Tomato;
1 TSP.. Smoked Sweet Chili;
2 TSP. Turmeric;
100gr. White Wine;
400gr. Risotto Rice;
1,200gr. Chicken Broth;
100gr. Peas;
Q.b. Olive oil;
Q.b. Salt;
Q.b. Ground Black Pepper;
Q.b. Parsley;
Method:
Seasoning the chicken with salt and marinate for 24h;
In a frying pan with olive oil, mark the chicken and reserve;
In the same frying pan, fry the chorizo, the chopped garlic, and then the rolled onion;
Add the green and red pepper and let it fry;
Put on the cherry tomato chopped in 4;
Seasoning with turmeric, smoked sweet chili, salt and ground black pepper;
Refresh with white wine and let it boil between 5-8 minutes;
Add the risotto rice, involve well, add the chicken broth and let it boil and then let it cook about 16 minutes;
Add the chicken, put on the peas with 8 minutes left to finish cooking;
Finish with chopped parsley;
