The Ultimate Pro Tools Editing Hack!?

Soundflow is an absolute game changer for Pro Tools. Creating Macros with the new Soundflow 5 update has never been easier, and the whole thing is well worth the time to learn and integrate into your workflow.

My advice (as I mention in my video about learning new shortcuts) is to learn shortcuts slowly while integrating them into your workflow, don't try to learn everything all at once, once at a time will help them become muscle memory and second nature.
