03.29.25 | Spartz's Muncie Town Hall Protests - RAW FOOTAGE | The Political Spotlight

RAW VIDEO & AUDIO FOOTAGE of the scene outside of the City of Muncie, Indiana, "City Hall," on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 12 p.m. (noon) until 1212 p.m.

US Representative Victoria Spartz (R-IN 5 Dist) was holding a Town Hall Forum in Muncie City Hall. The event started at 11 a.m. and ran until 1 p.m.

The actual forum proved to be rather rowdy and hectic. One citizen jumped onto a table while yelling; she was promptly escorted out by the police. Another citizen needed the attention of City EMS due to a medical event. The rest of the two-hour event was similar to a circus, with the crowd and Representative Spartz yelling at each other. Then there were the other instances of the crowd yelling so loudly at the Congresswoman that questions from their own side could not be asked, which made for a chaotic time.

But that was nothing like what happened in two or three short bursts of insanity outside during the several hours the crowd stood around, yelling!

People from ALL sides of the political spectrum were in attendance. However, the largest crowd seemed to be made up of people from the liberal perspective. That said, several people from the conservative point of view were there as well.

The big difference was how each side handled the other, engaging in their First Amendment rights!

When those from the left engaged in "protest," they were left to do just that!

But when those from the right started to voice their thoughts and "protest" the protest, if you will, nearly every time folks from the other side would attempt to go "hands-on" with the conservative citizens. That activity led to punches being thrown on at least two occasions and sheer stupidity ensuing afterward.

This video shows one of the loudest and biggest scuffles, and it shows one of the "largest" group members hitting someone from the "conservative" groups.

The video also shows a couple of City of Muncie Police Officers trying to get "funky" with your Host, Kristopher H. Bilbrey. True to form, Bilbrey held his ground!
