Ghibli Movie, My Neighbor Totoro, One of the Greatest Anime Classics, Pyrography Time-Lapse with the Truart Stage 2 Woodburner!
For this piece, I am using a TruArt professional pyrography pen (60 watts).
For the line and detail, I used a small shader tip. The shading was done with a ballpoint tip and a large shader tip. This took roughly 15-20 hours to complete (sketch and woodburning). The wood is Birch plywood and is 1x2 length and width and is 1/4 inch thick. I prefer to use this thickness since it is easier to frame if needed. If you haven't seen this Ghibli classic animation, I highly recommend you watch this movie.
