Dynamic arthrosonography is a powerful diagnostic tool in the hand of physiatrists and rheumatologists in understanding the biomechanics and pathophysiology of wide varieties of soft tissue(muscle , tendon ,ligaments, nerves , fasciae,bursae and fat pads) lesions ( injuries or pathologies ) caused by encroachment or impingement of these soft tissues over or between hard tissues (bone , cartilage, fibrous bands ,tough ligaments and hard wares)
So it can improve their management and guide their rehabilitation interventions
