Death and chaos.
After a traumatic experience, witnessing the death of Red Robin and the Joker, Jason Todd falls down to a path so dark that leads him to eventually become the new Joker.
Five years after the events of The Dark Clown Rises, he takes control of crime in Gotham city by establishing order with chaos with the help of Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, Riddler and Scarecrow, making the GCPD helpless and desperate for Batman's return. In the caped crusader's absence, Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing, is trying to stop the chaos from spreading any further, but will he succeed?
