I Baked a BOX CAKE in My Pellet Grill?!

We baked a Betty Crocker Butter Pecan box cake for Elizabeth's birthday—but with a smoky twist. I fired up the Z Grills 700D3 Pellet Grill and baked it right on the grates at 325°F for 23 minutes.

After cooling, we covered the whole thing with a rich buttercream frosting and gave it a final touch—crushed pecans all over. Simple ingredients, but the pellet grill gave this cake a subtle smokiness you have to try to believe. It turned out beautifully moist and flavorful!

Who says pellet grills are just for meat?
