Title: Kaluza-Klein compactification of scalar-tensor theories and speed of gravity
Abstract: In this talk we consider the Kaluza reduction for Horndeski theory and its generalizations. We discuss some interesting properties of the resulting scalar-vector-tensor theories. Such theories present the first example of generalized U(1) vector Galileons and are phenomenologically favoured by GW170817 event due to uniformity in vector and tensor sectors.
