Finally Revealing my First Construction and Retrofitting Project
MY OWN BUNGALOW- "PARIJAT"
Project Location: Ratnagiri City.

A 17 year old bungalow in total Laterite masonry (Load bearing structure) having a Traditional old styled look was supposed to be converted into a Contemporary structure within low budget.Also the changes were made in accordance with the provisions of the contemporary Interiors.

This was my first ever 'Hands on Training' of site just as I passed out my B.Arch. in 2018 .In a very stipulated time period we had to cope up with so many things that we could try to Retrofit and turn this Bungalow into a New Appealing One.
