Like many, my only real exposure to Casa Bonita for YEARS was the South Park episode. I know TONS of people who didn’t even realize it was a real place, but anyone who grew up in the Denver area knew, especially if they experienced it as kids, that Casa Bonita is magical. I’m gonna be honest, I wasn’t even sure I believed that it was all that special, but after spending a single evening there, I get it now. I really get it.
