Osaka has many nice walking courses.
This time, we will introduce Nara Park,
one of the attractive walking courses.
(Nara Park is located in Nara Prefecture,
but it is easily accessible from Osaka,
so we will introduce it on this channel.)
In the previous video, we walked around the south side of Nara Park.
In this video, we'll take a walk around the north side of Nara Park.
Nara Park opened in 1880.
The total area, including the surrounding Todaiji Temple
and Kasuga Taisha Shrine, is about 660 hectares.
In the 8th century, Nara was the capital of Japan.
Historical and cultural heritage remains
in harmony with the rich natural environment.
The best time to see the autumn leaves in Nara Park is
from mid-November to early December every year.
