The controlled loop essentially works like this:
Use The Little Swordsman Of Aile to tribute Gebeb to gain 700 ATK

With Raptinus on the field, Dragon King can use it's Gemini effect to Special Summon Gebeb
Repeat these 3 steps until you can activate your Willpower Rising EX Skill to multiply your monsters' ATK by 5
Repeat these 4 steps until The Little Swordsman Of Aile's ATK is 99,999,999

After the loop:
Have The Little Swordsman, Raptinus, and Dragon King (in ATK mode) on the field
Use Little Swordsman effect and Tribute Raptinus
Use Creature Seizure and give Dragon King to your opponent
