This two-part episode of the Move It or Lose It Podcast is so relatable to most female MS Warriors. According to WebMD, women are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at a rate of 4x more than men. 😦

While men's health is obviously just as important, women's health (and specifically sexual health) is something I think should be discussed more. That's why I invited 3 other [married] women to have this discussion with me! 💁🏼‍♀️ Amanda, Roxanne, and Julie are all MS Warriors and advocates in their own right who opened up to me about their struggles AND successes in the bedroom while living with this destructive disease.
