With the decision to put a turbocharged motor into my 4AGE powered KP61 Starlet there's now a bunch of things to fabricate. One of the remaining tasks was to mount the intercooler and fabricate intercooler pipes. Follow along as I show the full process involved in getting the cooler mounted, modified and pipes made using a bunch cutting, drilling, shaping and welding. .
