is a part of art where you will design creative and imagery like God gift. Friends in this tutorial i have used an image and cut it at first the head or face and than after i have created many layers to do it.
Friends always try to create creative design if you really want become a graphic designer.

Follow these steps to create sliced head:

(1) Open a high resolution image as a background.
(2) Unlock the background layer.
(3) Select the face and head with the help of pen tool.
(4) Keep selected the pen tool and right click over the selected area and click make selection.
(5) After making selection select feather at least 0.5 pixel and press enter.
(6) Now click layer mask from the layer panel.
(7) Make a copy of that mask layer.
(8) Now open a layer beneath the copy layer.
(9) Must rename the layers as it is used.
(10) Now fill the gradient on the blank new layer using double click over that layer.
(11) Now select the sample copy of that face image.
(12) Now go to select ellipse tool to make ellipse over the image for making slice or cut.
(13) Make at least 4 sliced ellipse.
(14) Now select these all four ellipse layer and make a copy of them.
(15) Now close all these layers eyeball.
(16) Now rename all these layers.
(17) Now select one bye one copied layer and select direct selection tool to make it bigger for making the selection of that photo.
(18) After making all the selections must delete that all copied layers.
(19) Now do final touch here, make group after selecting same layers.
(20) Now drag the one bye one group and change the color of ellipse shape.
(21) Give some shadow and exposure to make it creative design.
