Anyone looking into a thorough literature-based English curriculum for their fifth grader? Hewitt Homeschooling's Lightning Literature & Composition for Grade 5 may be just what you need! The curriculum combines the study of classic and contemporary literature with grammar and writing exercises. We have used Grades 1, 3, and 4 in previous years and loved it, so we've continued using it as the core Language Arts curriculum for 2 of our kids during the 2020-2021 school year.
