Chuck Beavers as the Busy Beaver
Dig and store gladiolus bulbs
Gladiolus are safe for some zones to leave in the ground as a perennial
If you live in a zone that is susceptible to cold weather like I do then digging your glads and storing them is super easy.
1. Dig up the corms and shake off the dirt
2. Place them in a dry spot to dry off the remaining dirt cut off stems leaving 2' on top of corm
3. Put them on sawdust or newspaper until dry
4. Corms can be put into a mesh sack or sawdust to overwinter
5. Plant out in the spring
