1983 Renault R5 Turbo Tour De Corse + OnBoard camera - Action & Flames! - Vernasca Silver Flag 2018

This 1983 Renault R5 Turbo Tour De Corse was brought to the race during the 2018 Vernasca Silver Flag historic hill climb revival. I have to thank the owner and his staff for allowing me and my friend Davide458Italia to realize the camera car video. The car, Group B homologated, was destined for customers racing and produced only in 1983. The R5 has a 4-cylinder 1397cc engine capable of developing 240 hp at 7,000 rpm and 275 Nm at 4.500 rpm. The weight is only 950 Kg.

Questa Renault R5 Turbo Tour De Corse del 1983 ho avuto il piacere di filmarla durante l'edizione 2018 della Vernasca silver Flag, rievocazione e concorso dinamico in salita per vetture storiche. Ringrazio il proprietario dell'auto che ha permesso a me ed all'amico Davide458Italia di realizzare l'onboard camera. La vettura, omologata gruppo B e destinata ai clienti per correre, fu prodotta solo nel 1983 e monta un motore 4 cilindri da 1397 cc. capace di svuluppare 240 CV a 7.000 giri e 275 Nm a 4.500 giri. Il peso è di soli 950 Kg.
