4-5 glove Minced Garlics
1 thumb size Minced Ginger
Spring Onion

The Sauce:
2 Table Spoons of Light Soy Sauce
40 ML of water
2 Table Spoons of Black Vinegar
1 Table Spoon of Shao Xing Hua Diao Wine
1.5 Table Spoon of Sugar
2 Table Spoons of Bean Paste (TaoChu), use spicy type for better taste

*** Use 2-3 Table Spoons of Cornstarch solution towards the end to thicken the gravy***
