Antioch shooting victim's parents heartbroken, demanding change ahead of funeral

For the first time, we are hearing from Josselin Dayana Corea Escalante’s parents whose insurmountable grief continues. They told us more about her and said they were angry about the way Metro Schools responded.

It’s a wound that won’t ever heal. The 16-year-old’s life was taken in an instant.

Her father misses her terribly and her mom is devastated. She was so close to her daughter that she shared a name with her firstborn.
