After another day off, the band goes on another tiring three-show-run, starting with two nights in Fukuoka. They've finally decided to drop 'Don't Stop Me Now' at these shows after Freddie was unable to deliver the song in an acceptable manner at the previous shows. This is an interesting show with Freddie sounding a bit stronger, making for an overall decent performance as the band is absolutely going above and beyond, playing one of their best gigs on the entire show bar a few major mistakes during an otherwise phenomenal 'Brighton Rock' and a catastrophic 'Bohemian Rhapsody'. Freddie still makes odd phrasing choices but whenever he just tries to give conservative performances, it works out nicely, leading to a really solid acoustic set for example. Unfortunately, he once again forgets his limits after a while and completely oversings 'Bohemian Rhapsody' for his shape, sounding rough for the rest of the show. With the show being captured on two rough recordings which were merged by Uxbridge (I have fixed some of the speed issues but there are too many pitch fluctuations to perfectly make the recording run at the correct pitch), this isn't a show you have to hear unless you really want to.
