🍗 hainan rice cooker chicken recipe (from patty plates https://www.instagram.com/patty.plate...
2 cups rice
2.5 cups chicken stock
2 chicken breast (i substitute with chicken thighs)
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 scallion whites
1 tsp sesame oil
salt
white pepper
1. wash rice, put in rice cooker with chicken stock. top with ginger, garlic, scallions, and sesame oil.
2. season chicken with salt and white pepper, then place on top of rice.
3. cook on normal rice setting and let sit for additional 5 minutes after cooking.
4. take chicken out, slice, and serve with sauces.
